A Problem that is not Considering in Health Workers: Healthy Work Environment

Abstract
There are directly relation between health and work life. Work environments have various health and security dangers. This dangers are contain job diseases and work accidents that can directly effect individual’s health. All health professionalls come face to face with biological, chemical, physical, environmental, psycho-social and biomechanic risks in hospital environment. Therefore; the basic aim should be, making appropriate practice setting, removing possibilities of some hazards, regulating work hours, obtaining suitable work arrangements according to pysical features and the material that used, getting of adaptation of the work and the persons people who used.

Sağlık Çalışanlarında Göz Ardı Edilen Bir Durum: Sağlıklı Çalışma Ortamı

Özet
İş yaşamı ile sağlık arasında doğrudan bir ilişki vardır. Çalışma ortamları çeşitli sağlık ve güvenlik tehlikelerini barındırmaktadır. Bu tehlikeler bireyin sağlığını doğrudan etkileyebilecek meslek hastalıkları ve iş kazalarını içermektedir. Tüm sağlık personeli hastane ortamında biyolojik, kimyasal, fiziksel, çevresel, psiko-sosyal ve biyomekanik risklerle karşı karşıyadır. Bu nedenle çalışma ortamının sağlık koşullarına uygun hale getirilmesi, bir takım tehlike olasılıklarının ortadan kaldırılması, çalışma saatlerinin düzenlenmesi, fizyolojik özelliklere uygun çalışma düzeni, kullanılan araç ve gerecin işe ve kullanan kişiye uyumunun sağlanması temel amaç olmalıdır.
